Neighborhood Dinners in 2025
The Outreach Committee holds these dinners on the third Thursday of each month. A free meal will be served for members of our community as well as CTK folks.
Join us for the next dinner on Thursday, October 19, from 5:30 to 6:30pm.
In 2012, volunteers began to provide a free home-cooked meal to our neighborhood community once a month. We were pleased that other Arvada churches joined our efforts to reach our and serve our neighbors. The neighborhood dinners were discontinued during the Covid 19 pandemic and it is exciting to be offering these again.

St. Clare’s table Ministry
Parishioners volunteer to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal to the hungry poor at the Episcopal Church of St. Peter and St. Mary in Denver. This church hosts a meal every Tuesday night, and Christ the King’s turn is the second Tuesday of every month. Help us feed the homeless by contacting Mark Molello. Visit St. Clare’s Ministry at their website.

monthly Open Offering
Each month when possible, the Outreach Committee of Christ the King selects a recipient for our “Open Offering.” These gifts are directed to a wide variety of community organization, including The Action Center, the Arvada Food Bank, the Locally Haiti (formerly Colorado Haiti Project), the Five Talents program, Heifer International, and the Family Tree Shelter, as well as supporting some of our own outreach projects.
